In this role, Courtney is responsible for ensuring the success of both customers and partners as well as driving the entire customer experience – from onboarding to service delivery and retention.
Courtney’s background includes more than two decades of senior corporate strategy and technical leadership roles at AT&T and Lumen. She brings a strong track record of success in leading customer-focused initiatives to drive excellence in customer experience, operations, service delivery, communication, and adoption for large-scale enterprise technologies.
